Founders

Kelly Heldreth

Kelly is a marketer that became a REALTOR. His background as a promotional marketing business owner as well as 12 years in the special event industry gives him an edge over other agents. By combining his 15 years marketing along with his sense of urgency from his special event days make real estate a perfect fit for him.

Kilene Schelle

Kilene’s background includes education, interior design, marketing, event planning, and hospitality management. After multiple emotional moves with her family, Kilene saw the importance that a REALTOR played and decided that real estate would allow her to combine her vast experience into a career she loved.

Rob Schelle

Rob hails from South Bend, Indiana, and is a proud Hoosier. He has spent the past 35+ years in the hospitality industry, overseeing operations for several companies. His experience in multi-location management of financials, human resources, and leadership development makes him a great fit for this team. He champions the day to day operations for KKG and provides the business vision for future growth, stability, and success. Proud husband of Kilene and father of two, he is firmly entrenched in our local community.

Christian Schmiz

Born and raised in the Tampa Bay area, Christian Schmiz eats, sleeps, and breathes Florida living. With a strong background in hospitality, customer service, and administrative operations, he dedicates 110% of his work ethic to deliver above and beyond client expectations. As a young and single dog dad, Christian generally likes to spend his time working hard for his clients, but enjoys spending personal time with his family/friends, working out, and living a healthy lifestyle.

Alexandra Coggin

A Florida native, I received my Bachelor of Science in Marketing in 2013 from Florida State University and have since had a well-rounded career journey with experience in healthcare, retail, event marketing, promotions, and even entertainment! When I’m not helping people buy and sell houses, you can find me working on set as a commercial and film actor and director. My mission is to provide my clients with the best care and service possible while finding a home that fits their needs.

Chante Llewellyn

Chante is a true Florida girl who was born and raised in the Tampa Bay area. Her passion for service led her into education where she spent 12 years as a teacher and instructional coach. Her post-graduate work and time spent as an educational consultant with the University of Florida has provided her with a valuable skill set, which she utilizes daily to educate her clients about the Real Estate industry. She is family-oriented and wants to help other families achieve their goals while building lasting relationships based on trust and integrity. This mom is on a mission to provide knowledge and guidance as she works diligently to make your Real Estate dreams a reality.

Jennifer Reis

Originally from South Florida, a native to the warm weather and beautiful beaches. I have a passion for design and enjoyment of life. I am diligent and passionate in all that I do. I love helping others accomplish their dreams and build lifelong memories..

Ramona Forgacs

Ramona’s background is in Luxury Hospitality. Traveling and working around the globe for years, she visited over 100 countries and built lifelong friendships all over the world. Able to find common language with just about anyone, her top priority is to exceed her client’s expectations and provide a professional, high-quality service. Her family being always closely involved in arts, Ramona is a big art collector and loves to paint in her free time. As a quadrilingual realtor, she is ready to show you the finest listings in the Tampa Bay Area while being mindful of your own, style, taste, and needs.

Sara Miley

Born and raised in the Tampa Bay Area, as a young child I always had a burning passion for real estate. I wasted no time and jumped headfirst into my career at a young age to fulfill my lifelong dream of being a great Realtor that can make the home buying or selling process a smooth one! As a dedicated agent who puts real estate first, I look forward to meeting all my clients’ expectations when it comes to their real estate needs.

Michelle Kapusta

Executive Admin Assistant

After graduating from the University of Michigan, I started my life of moves from NYC to DC, which led to meeting my spouse, who had just graduated from the USNA and was based in Virginia Beach with the Navy. After 20 years in sales and management, 6 military moves and 3 kids, we finally settled in Tampa. After 25 years of military life, we are home.

Samantha Hall

Marketing Director

I graduated from the University of South Florida with a Mass Communications Degree with a concentration in Advertising and a Minor in Entrepreneurship. During my time at USF I gained experience by holding a Marketing Intern position with the USF Athletics Department. I am always eager to learn more about my field and gain experience which is what led me to apply and receive the Marketing Internship with Kilene Kelly Group my final semester of college. I then transitioned into my now full-time role as the Marketing Director where I have the opportunity to express my creativity, use my skills, and learn about the wonderful world of Real Estate every day

Alexis Palmer

General Administrative Assistant

I’m a Tallahassee native that ventured to the Tampa Bay area to pursue an academic career at the University of South Florida. While at USF, I majored in Marketing and was a part of the Bulls Business Network. I gained relevant experience in Marketing while holding a position of a CRM Data Analyst Assistant position in the Admissions Office where I oversaw data evaluation, processing, and deletion. I held my assistant position for nearly 3 years before I graduated Magna Cum Laude, December 2020. It is because of my diligent efforts that allowed me to be given the opportunity to work for the Kilene Kelly Group and help them administratively with their CRM as well. I am grateful and ecstatic that I could become a well-needed asset for them to grow their business and look forward to what’s to come.

Briana Cole

Marketing Intern

As an Advertising and Public Relations student at the University of Tampa, I am constantly gaining knowledge that I use every day as a Marketing Intern with The Kilene Kelly Group. Most of my advertising and marketing skills come from working with my brother on his business. There I was able to practice creating graphics, social media, and content branding. I am excited to grow and learn here as a Marketing Intern with The KKG.
